We understand that your time is precious, because we’ve been there.

All of us in the Founder Fit team have worked high pressure jobs, and we’ve all started and built our own businesses from scratch.
We know what it’s like to never have a day off, to have three emails arrive for every one answered, the phone ringing off the hook… and we understand that this is what is necessary if you want to build something that matters.

We also learned (the hard way), that neglecting to care for your most important resources – You, and your team – is not a good business strategy!

Short, simple, effective workouts.

Your aim is not too become an athlete, but to be an effective leader, maker or team member.

We will arm you with adaptable workouts that can be done any time, anywhere, with minimal or no equipment – at home, the park, the office, a hotel room, in just 20 minutes.

20 minutes of “H.I.T” 1-2 x per week that can fit into even the most manic schedule, but hits every part of the body keeping you strong, lean, mobile and energised.

Optimum nutrition is about much more than counting calories and staying slim.

Your diet provides the raw materials for a healthy body and mind.

Supplying your body with the right nutrients is essential for optimum mental function, a strong immune system, and sustained levels of energy and motivation.

We understand that running a business doesn’t leave much time for meal planning, ingredient shopping, or food preparation, so we’ll work with you to design an eating plan based around quick and easy meals that are tasty and nutritious.

We’ll also look at how to make good choices when eating out in restaurants, while on the road, or while staying in hotels, as well as how to deal with setbacks and failures.

Effective exercise and good nutrition are an essential foundation for peak performance, but it’s not the complete picture.

To get to the top of your game, you need to look at all aspects of your current lifestyle, and look to optimise your habits and routines to best support your physical and mental wellbeing, so that you can perform to the best of your abilities when the stress levels start to raise.

Hack Your Health with the 12 Step Founder Fit Bootcamp

The Founder Fit Bootcamp consists of 12 x 35 minute sessions, divided into 2 parts –

  • A 20 minute guided workout of The MVP exercise routine
  • A 15 minute wellness coaching session looking at a different aspect of nutrition or lifestyle

At the end of the 12 sessions you will have the knowledge, expertise and motivation to maintain these new healthy habits, and continue investing in and protecting your most important resources while you take your business to the next level.

On Your Terms

The Founder Fit program is designed to be flexible and adaptable to the needs of you and your business, and so are we, the Founder Fit Team.


  • On premise – We come to you. No time lost traveling to and from the gym. The sessions can easily be done in a meeting room, no special equipment required.
  • On cloud – Well, under them… There’s great benefit to time outside in the fresh air in green spaces! The sessions can be done in a local park close to your office.
  • In a local studio – If you want a break from the office, but the park isn’t for you, we can host the sessions in one of a selection of fitness studios across Barcelona.


Again, we can program a timetable that fits with your schedule.

The sessions can be done weekly, bi-weekly or tri-weekly to fit the course into 12, 6 or 4 weeks, before, after or during office hours.
